The questions we get most often. Anything we are not sure of is listed as an open point — an invented answer is worse than no answer.

Booking and paying

How much do I pay up front?: Part of the total when you book, and the rest a number of days before you arrive. The percentage and the deadline are in the terms and conditions, which read them straight from our system so they cannot go stale.
How can I pay?: By card, on the Stripe payment page, or by bank transfer. For a transfer you get the account details and your booking reference by e-mail, and the nights are held for you for a number of hours.
What if I have to cancel?: You can, and what you get back depends on how many days before arrival you tell us. The full scale is in the terms and conditions.
Do I get a confirmation?: Yes, by e-mail, in the language you booked in, with your reference in it. After that we only send e-mails that are about something: the balance, and the information before you arrive.

What time can I arrive, and where do I get the key?: [PENDIENTE: arrival time, departure time and where the keys are collected]. There is no front desk, so we agree this with you personally — as soon as it is settled it will be here and in the e-mail before you arrive.
Are pets welcome?: No, pets are not allowed in the apartments. Smoking indoors is not allowed either: the whole property is smoke-free.

What is in the apartment?: It differs per apartment and is listed on its own page: bedrooms and beds, floor area, terraces and facilities. What we are not sure of we leave blank there.

How far is the beach?: About 900 metres on foot. Atlantic, not Mediterranean: wider, cooler, and with a real tide.
Is there a pool?: Two: one outdoor and one indoor. That indoor pool is exactly what makes a stay in January work.
Can I play golf?: The apartments sit on hole 1 of a 27-hole course. You do not have to drive there.
How many apartments are there?: Five. Each has two bedrooms and room for four people. If one is taken, the other four are on the same page.

Can I spend a few winter months here?: Yes — it is what a good part of our guests come for. A long winter stay has a minimum number of nights, and we agree the monthly price with you rather than publishing it here.
